Sec. 19.5. (a) The clerk shall collect a jury fee of seventy-five dollars ($75) from a party filing:
(2) a civil plenary action.

- Tort: A civil wrong or breach of a duty to another person, as outlined by law. A very common tort is negligent operation of a motor vehicle that results in property damage and personal injury in an automobile accident.
(b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5.
