Terms Used In Indiana Code 33-41-2-2
- Reporter: Makes a record of court proceedings and prepares a transcript, and also publishes the court's opinions or decisions (in the courts of appeals).
- salary: means the amount of the state salary and the amount of the county salary added together. See Indiana Code 33-41-2-5
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “county salary” means that part of a court reporter‘s salary that is paid by the county.
