- bonds: means bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness. See Indiana Code 36-10-9.1-4
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “bonds” means bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness.
