Sec. 13. If a telephone caller declines to receive T-CPR instruction, the public safety telecommunicator:

(1) has no obligation to provide T-CPR instruction; and

Terms Used In Indiana Code 36-8-25-13

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
  • Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
  • public safety telecommunicator: means an individual who:

(2) is immune from civil liability for damages for not providing T-CPR instruction.
