- Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
- fund: means the local opioid settlement fund established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 4-12-16.3-1
Sec. 4. The fund shall be administered by the office of the attorney general.
