Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-11-5.7-17

  • Interrogatories: Written questions asked by one party of an opposing party, who must answer them in writing under oath; a discovery device in a lawsuit.
  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
   Sec. 17. Documentary material, answers to written interrogatories, or oral testimony provided in response to a civil investigative demand issued under this chapter is confidential.
