- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 1.9. As used in this chapter, “prevention initiative” means an evidence guided program or activity that is designed to decrease and mitigate substance use.
