- division: refers to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute. See Indiana Code 5-2-6.7-1

Sec. 5.5. The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from money in the fund. The division shall designate five percent (5%) of the appropriations made each year to the statewide nonprofit domestic violence coalition as designated by the United States Department of Health and Human Services under 42 U.S.C. § 43 et seq. for administration.
