Sec. 1. This chapter applies to a political subdivision that:
(2) is authorized under IC 5-3-1-2 or another statute to publish a notice on the political subdivision’s Internet web site in accordance with this chapter.
(1) has an official web site; and
Terms Used In Indiana Code 5-3-5-1
- official web site: means the Internet location designated by a political subdivision as its primary source of information about the political subdivision on the Internet. See Indiana Code 5-3-5-2
- political subdivision: has the meaning set forth in IC 3-5-2-38. See Indiana Code 5-3-5-3
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
