- Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
Sec. 7. A charity auction to which this chapter applies may be conducted on premises that are not licensed under this title for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
