  • Charity: An agency, institution, or organization in existence and operating for the benefit of an indefinite number of persons and conducted for educational, religious, scientific, medical, or other beneficent purposes.
  • qualified organization: has the meaning set forth in Indiana Code 7.1-3-6.2-1
  • Year: means a calendar year, unless otherwise expressed. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
