Sec. 3. (a) As used in this chapter, “construction” means the physical work involved in the construction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance, or extension of a pipeline project.

Terms Used In Indiana Code 8-1-22.6-3

  • construction: means the physical work involved in the construction, reconstruction, improvement, maintenance, or extension of a pipeline project. See Indiana Code 8-1-22.6-3
  • pipeline: means a pipeline (as defined in Indiana Code 8-1-22.6-6
     (b) The term includes the following:

(1) The preparation of the construction site.

(2) Disassembling and removing a structure.

(3) Related work.
