Attorney: includes a counselor or other person authorized to appear and represent a party in an action or special proceeding. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5

Sec. 13. The report required under IC 30-4-5-12 is a public record. The attorney general may petition for an accounting as permitted by IC 30-4-5-12.
