pilot program: means the worksite speed control pilot program established under section 10 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 8-23-32-5
worksite: has the meaning set forth in IC 9-13-2-200. See Indiana Code 8-23-32-6

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, “pilot program” means the worksite speed control pilot program established under section 10 of this chapter.
