Terms Used In Indiana Code 9-30-6-13.5

  • Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
(2) the defendant’s driving privileges were suspended under:

(A) section 9(b) of this chapter; or

(B) section 9(c) of this chapter;

the bureau shall remove any record of the suspension, including the reason for suspension, from the defendant’s official driving record.
