- applicant: means either:

- applicant: means an organization that applies to the division for a grant for either of the following purposes:

- contribution: includes providing a facility, personnel, transportation, or supplies that will be used in operating a program. See Indiana Code 12-17-12-2
- facility: means a school or other building in which a school age child care program is operated. See Indiana Code 12-17-12-3
- facility: means a school or other building in which a preschool child care program is operated. See Indiana Code 12-17-13-2
- fund: refers to the school age child care project fund established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 12-17-12-4
- preschool child care program: means a program operated by an organization that offers care to children who are:

- school age child care program: means a program operated by a school corporation or a nonprofit organization that offers care to children who are at least five (5) years of age but less than fifteen (15) years of age for the following periods of time:
