  • high breast density: means a condition in which there is a greater amount of breast and connective tissue in comparison to fat in the breast. See Indiana Code 27-8-13.5-2
  • insured: means an individual who is entitled to coverage under a policy of accident and sickness insurance. See Indiana Code 27-8-13.5-3
