- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
708A.5 Threat of terrorism.
A person who threatens to commit terrorism or threatens to cause terrorism to be
committed and who causes a reasonable expectation or fear of the imminent commission of such an act of terrorism commits a class “”D”” felony.
