- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
708A.6 Obstruction of terrorism prosecution.
1. A person who renders criminal assistance to another person who commits terrorism
that results in the murder of a third person while knowing that the other person was engaged in terrorism commits a class “”B”” felony.
2. A person who renders criminal assistance to another person who commits terrorism while knowing that the other person was engaged in an act of terrorism commits a class “”C”” felony.
