Iowa Code 8A.603 – Commission created

A state records commission is created. The commission shall consist of the following officials or their designees:

1. The secretary of state.

Department: means the department of administrative services. See Iowa Code 8A.101
Director: means the director of the department of administrative services or the director's designee. See Iowa Code 8A.101
following: when used by way of reference to a chapter or other part of a statute mean the next preceding or next following chapter or other part. See Iowa Code 4.1
state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1

2. The treasurer of state.

3. The director of revenue.

4. The director of the department of management.

5. The state librarian.

6. The auditor of state.

7. The director.
