(a) In the event that the city shall default in the payment of any special obligation bonds payable from revenues authorized pursuant to subsection (a)(1)(D) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-1774, and amendments thereto, no public funds shall be used to pay the holders thereof except as otherwise specifically authorized in this act.
(b) This section shall not apply to loans from the Kansas transportation revolving fund pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-5063 et seq., and amendments thereto.
