The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 22-4501 to 22-4518, inclusive, and amendments thereto, and Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 22-4519 to 22-4528, inclusive, shall be construed together and may be cited as the indigents’ defense services act.
