Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 40-2915
- Association: means the Kansas insurance guaranty association created by this act. See Kansas Statutes 40-2903
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of insurance of this state. See Kansas Statutes 40-2903
- Member insurer: means any person who (1) is authorized to write any kind of insurance to which this act applies under Kan. See Kansas Statutes 40-2903
There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against any member insurer, the association or its agents or employees, the board of directors, or the commissioner or his representatives for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this act.
