  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this act or regulations adopted in accordance therewith shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as prescribed by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-6602, and amendments thereto.
