Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 5-423 through 5-453, and amendments thereto, do not affect an action or proceeding commenced or right accrued before Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 5-423 through 5-453, and amendments thereto, take effect. Subject to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 5-425, and amendments thereto, an arbitration agreement made before the effective date of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 5-423 through 5-453, and amendments thereto, is governed by article 4 of chapter 5 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, prior to its repeal.
