The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 65-4921 through 65-4929 shall be supplemental to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-28,121, 65-28,122, 65-4216 and 65-4909, and amendments to such sections, and shall not be construed to repeal or modify those sections.
