Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-5315
- Business entity: means a partnership, firm, association, corporation, sole proprietorship or other business concern. See Kansas Statutes 65-5301
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Secretary: means the secretary of health and environment. See Kansas Statutes 65-5301
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the secretary may maintain, in the manner provided by the Kansas judicial review act, an action in the name of the state of Kansas for injunction or other process against any business entity to restrain or prevent any violation of the provisions of this act or of any rules and regulations adopted under this act.
