Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 65-5702
- Commission: means the state emergency response commission created by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 65-5702
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
As used in this act:
(a) “Commission” means the state emergency response commission created by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 65-5703.
(b) “Federal act” means the federal emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986 (Title III, P.L. 99-499).
