Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 66-154c

  • Commission: means the state corporation commission. See Kansas Statutes 66-101a
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

Complaints seeking certificates as described in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 66-154a shall be filed with the corporation commission not more than three years after the payment of the rates or charges complained of therein.
