- Authority: means the Kansas turnpike authority, created by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 68-2001
All personnel so assigned and employed shall have law enforcement authority as is contemplated and provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-20a03, and any amendments thereto.
