The provisions of this act are hereby declared to be supplemental to but not amendatory to the terms and provisions of sections 68-2001 to 68-2020, both sections inclusive, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and articles 20a and 20c ofchapter 74 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and any amendments thereto.
