There is hereby created in the state treasury the highway patrol training center fund. All moneys credited to such fund under the provisions of this act or any other law shall be expended only for the purpose and in the manner prescribed by law. All expenditures from the highway patrol training center fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the superintendent of the highway patrol or the designee of the superintendent. All moneys received for the highway patrol training center fund shall be deposited in the state treasury in accordance with the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4215, and amendments thereto, and shall be credited to the highway patrol training center fund.
