The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 80-2550 through 80-2553, and amendments thereto, are supplemental to the general law relating to hospital districts, city hospitals or county hospitals in which a hospital is being operated and maintained and are not intended to modify or repeal any provision of any such law.
