Terms Used In Kansas Statutes > Chapter 58 > Article 28 - Examination, Registration, Licensing and Bonding of Abstracters

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.

  • Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
