After the construction of any grade separation under KRS § 178.350 to KRS § 178.385, the county shall maintain the roadway paving and sidewalks. If the road crosses the railroad by an overhead bridge or elevated structure, the county shall maintain the bridge or structure and its approaches. If the road passes under the railroad tracks, the railroad company shall maintain the structure supporting its tracks and its abutments.
