Nothing in KRS § 216B.230 to KRS § 216B.239 shall be construed to create a private right of action or be construed as establishing a standard of care, with respect to a claim that a hospital has failed to comply with KRS § 216B.230 to KRS § 216B.239 either in whole or in part.
