No person shall make a false declaration of acreage or conceal any nursery stock from inspection.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 249.104
- Nursery stock: means all field or container-grown and native trees, sod, shrubs, herbaceous perennials, vines, cuttings, grafts, scions, buds, fruit-pits, and other seeds of fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs. See Kentucky Statutes 249.010
- Person: means any individual, partnership, association, or any organized group of persons whether incorporated or not. See Kentucky Statutes 249.010
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
