(1) Examinations shall be held at times and places determined by the board by promulgation of administrative regulations.
(2) The scope of the examination and the methods of procedure shall be prescribed by the board with special reference to the applicant’s ability to design and supervise engineering or land surveying works so as to insure the safety of life, health, and property.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 322.080

  • Board: means the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land
    Surveyors. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010
  • Engineering: means any professional service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires engineering education, training, and experience as an engineer. See Kentucky Statutes 322.010
  • Land surveying: shall include but not be limited to the following:
