Kentucky Statutes 322.300 – Board to keep record of proceedings and register of applications

The board shall keep a record of its proceedings and a register of all applications for licensure. The register shall state the following:
(1) Name, age, and residence of each applicant; (2) Date of the application;
(3) Place of business of the applicant;
(4) Education and other qualifications of the applicant; (5) Whether an examination was required;
(6) Whether the applicant was rejected; (7) Whether a license was granted;
(8) Date of the action of the board; and
(9) Any other information that the board considers necessary.
