All fees and other charges received by the board under KRS § 335.010 to KRS § 335.160 and KRS
335.990 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a separate trust and agency account for the board. The moneys so deposited shall be used to finance the board, and are hereby appropriated to the board.
