Kentucky Statutes 335.699 – Penalties and sanctions for violations

If the board finds any applicant or license holder whom it regulates under KRS § 335.600 to
335.699 has violated the provisions of KRS § 335.600 to KRS § 335.699 or any administrative regulation promulgated under the authority granted to the board, the board may issue an order imposing one (1) or more of the following penalties:
(1) Denial of an application for licensure, either temporarily or permanently;
(2) Revocation of a license or an application for licensure, either temporarily or permanently;
(3) Imposition of an administrative fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000); (4) Imposition of a requirement for supervision of the applicant or license holder;
(5) Restriction of the license holder’s ability to supervise others; and
(6) Issuance of a reprimand.
