(1) In addition to or in lieu of any other civil or criminal remedy provided by law, upon a determination that a stamping agent or distributor has violated any provision of KRS § 131.600 to KRS § 131.630 or any administrative regulations promulgated thereunder, the commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of any stamping agent or distributor pursuant to KRS § 138.195 and KRS § 138.205.
(2) Each stamp affixed in violation of KRS § 131.612 shall constitute a separate violation.
(3) The commissioner may impose a civil penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25) per violation, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), upon a determination of a violation of KRS § 131.612 or any administrative regulations promulgated thereunder. The penalty shall be imposed in the manner provided by KRS § 138.195 and KRS § 138.205.
