The provisions of KRS § 67.078 and KRS § 67.710 notwithstanding, a county judge/executive may order county plows to remove snow from any state road the plow must travel on to reach a county road to be cleared. The county judge/executive shall not be required to declare an emergency for him to order county plows to remove snow from state roads.
