As used in KRS § 180.272 to KRS § 180.278, “interstate bridge” shall mean any bridge across a navigable stream one (1) terminus of which is located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the other terminus of which is located in a neighboring state other than the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
