Kentucky Statutes 199.013 – “State building” defined

As used in KRS § 199.013 to KRS § 199.019, unless the context otherwise requires, “state building” means any structure that houses government offices of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The term does not include government offices of counties, municipalities, special districts, public corporations, public instrumentalities, or the Court of Justice.
