The Energy and Environment Cabinet is authorized to fix a reasonable schedule of fees and charges by regulation to be paid by applicants for examinations, certificates, and renewal certificates. All such fees and charges and other moneys collected by the Energy and Environment Cabinet under the provisions of KRS § 223.160 to KRS § 223.220 and 223.991 or the rules and regulations of the cabinet shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the Energy and Environment Cabinet in carrying out the provisions of KRS § 223.160 to KRS § 223.220 and 223.991.
