KRS § 304.20-200 to KRS § 304.20-250 shall apply to all policies of fire insurance, excluding policies on single-family dwellings, delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed after July
15, 1980. Each insurer authorized to do business in this state shall notify its insureds of the provisions of KRS § 304.20-200 to KRS § 304.20-250 upon issuance or renewal of policies of fire insurance covering real estate located in this state.
