Kentucky Statutes 311.610 – Deposit and use of fees

All fees collected by the board under the provisions of KRS § 311.550 to KRS § 311.620, or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund to be used by the board in defraying the costs and expenses of the board in the administration of KRS § 311.550 to KRS § 311.620, including, but not limited to, salaries and necessary travel expenses. No part of this fund shall revert to the general funds of this Commonwealth.
