Kentucky Statutes 311.615 – Continuation of existing licenses — Limitation of authority

(1) All licenses heretofore issued by the board for the practice of medicine or osteopathy, or any limited school or system, are hereby declared to be valid and in full force and effect unless they have become expired, canceled, suspended or revoked in accordance with law.
(2) Nothing in KRS § 311.550 to KRS § 311.620 shall be construed as hereafter conferring upon the board any authority to issue, suspend or revoke any license for the practice of dentistry, optometry, chiropractic, nursing or pharmacy.
