All orders or decisions of the commissioner issued or made under KRS § 337.020 to
337.405 may be appealed, and upon appeal an administrative hearing shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.

337.405 may be appealed, and upon appeal an administrative hearing shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 337.310
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the Department of Workplace Standards under the direction and supervision of the secretary of the Education and Labor Cabinet. See Kentucky Statutes 337.010
